Question 1

Do we need to buy new cameras?

Accepted Answer

No. Amenivue works with your existing IP cameras or NVR/DVR system. We connect securely to what you already have installed — including Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Reolink, and other RTSP cameras. If you need cameras, we can recommend trusted local installers in Florida.

Question 2

What are the most common use cases?

Accepted Answer

Tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, pools, and fitness centers are our most popular. Amenivue works with any IP camera system for common area monitoring where residents want to check availability.

Question 3

Is resident data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We only store a hash of last names, never plaintext. Analytics are aggregate only — we never track which specific resident viewed which camera. Your resident directory stays private.

Question 4

What if a camera goes offline?

Accepted Answer

Property managers receive automatic alerts. Residents see the last available snapshot and a friendly "temporarily unavailable" message with a retry button.

Question 5

Can residents share access with non-residents?

Accepted Answer

Access is tied to device and unit number. We limit remembered devices (max 5 per unit) and sessions expire daily to prevent casual sharing while keeping it convenient for legitimate residents.

Question 6

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Simple — you pay per camera per month, starting at $249/month for up to 10 cameras. No per-resident fees, no hidden costs. All features included. Volume discounts available for larger deployments. Contact us for a custom quote.

Question 7

Do you offer HOA portal integration?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We support SSO handoff so residents can access cameras directly from your existing HOA portal without logging in again. Contact us for integration details.

Question 8

What about court reservation integration?

Accepted Answer

We're working on integrations with popular court reservation systems. Currently, Amenivue shows real-time availability — residents can see if courts are in use regardless of reservations.

Question 9

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Amenivue currently serves HOA communities throughout Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and more counties. We're expanding — contact us if you're outside our current service area.

Question 10

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most communities are up and running within a week. Setup involves connecting to your existing cameras (we handle the technical work) and configuring your resident portal. Request a demo to learn more about the process.
